 It is completely free to sell at Epasell.

 

 Can you sell anything?

 You can sell almost anything except illegal items.

 

 How do I register an account on Epasell?

 All you need for the membership is your email address or your phone number.

 

 I have forgotten my password. What should I do?

You can order a new password here. There you can enter your email address to reset your password.

 

 What should I do if I suspect that someone has unauthorized access to my account?

 We recommend that you change the password on your account.

 

 I have not received my goods, how do I do?

You can always contact the seller and find out what has happened. Double check that the seller has given you the correct address information and your payment has reached the seller.

 

 The buyer has not paid for the item. How do I?

 Try to contact the buyer by e-mail or telephone.

 

 The buyer is not satisfied with the product. What should I do?

You can contact the buyer and find out why the buyer is not happy with the product.    You can come up with a common solution that suits both of you.

 

 What should I do if the product does not match the description?

The seller is always obliged to describe the item in the ad as it really is.  But the buyer is obliged to check the ad and the item before making the purchase.

 

 If I can not contact the buyer ?

Try contacting the buyer by phone and email. If you still could not contact the buyer, you can give the buyer the right not to make the purchase.
